WHAT DOES NAIL SALON IN LAS VEGAS NV MEAN?

I appreciated the knowledge, I used to be addressed perfectly & my palms with treatment. Nevertheless when it came to nail art (I booked easy for two nails), I was explained to via the nail tech that she doesn’t do nail artwork.
